Default 2 Layer Pumpkin Cheesecake

2 (8oz)cream cheese, softened
1/2 c sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs
1 (9in)graham cracker crust
1/2 c pumpkin puree
1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp ground cloves
1/4 tsp nutmeg
cool whip

Preheat oven to 325

Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla,til smooth. Blend in eggs one at a time. Remove 1/2 batter and spread into bottom of crust; set aside.

Add to the rest of the white mix the pumpkin, cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg, stir til well blended. Carefully spread over the batter in the crust.

Bake35-40 min on a cookie sheet,til center is almost set. Allow to cool, then refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight.

Serve w/cool whip.

I also make this type of Pumpkin Cheesecake. But never make 2 tier cake. So i think your post helps me alot.
