So we have decided that my 2 daughters will be doing a Luau theme party this year.

I want to do this cake, but do you think I can do a filling on just the bottom cake? Not the cabana itself, would it fall over if I try? I am thinking I will need to do a quarter sheet bottom then do the same for the building and then cut that in half. Its going to be tons of work!

I always put a filling in my sheet cakes. You may want to put a little support under the luau part just in case.

I don't know about filling, but it looks like an ambitious project!!
